If for any reason you change your mind or you need a different size or style, you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each product should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 
RETURNS: You will receive a refund (or a gift card if you prefer so) for the order total, excluding shipping cost. The shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to the sale items.
EXCHANGES: If the exchange is for a product with a greater amount, the difference will be charged to the payment method used in your original purchase. If the exchange is for a product with a lesser amount, the difference will be credited back. The shipping costs will be assumed by the customer and the return costs with the new reference by us.
WARRANTY OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The Brand, grants a warranty for a general term of three months for all products offered unless a particular period is expressed in the description, information or purchase process of a particular product. In case of doubt regarding the term of the warranty applicable to the product, the most beneficial for the consumer will be preferred. Promotional or SALE products will have a warranty period of 30 calendar days. All warranty terms will be counted from the day of effective delivery of the product to the customer.
If the product or products purchased have a manufacturing defect technically verified by ESPECIA, we will proceed to repair the product if it admits it or exchange it for another of equal or similar characteristics.
ESPECIA will only refund money associated with the quality, safety and suitability of the product in the event that it presents a repeated failure or defect or so ordered by the competent authority.
There will be no place for any type of warranty when the damage, if any, comes from force majeure, fortuitous event, the act of a third party or misuse by the consumer or unauthorized persons.

You must notify through the mail info@especia.com, informing your full name and buyer ID number, order number, document number equivalent to invoice and other information that you consider relevant for the attention of the warranty.
The customer service area of ESPECIA will review the request and if appropriate will request the return of the product for physical review, coordinating the way in which the return of the product should be made.
In the event that the warranty is applicable, ESPECIA will indicate in a maximum term of ten (10) working days the procedure to make it effective and if not, a formal response will be generated explaining the reasons why it is not applicable and the product(s) will be returned to the initial shipping address.
