Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, please follow the easy steps below:
1. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number and the reason why you want to return the product. Then ship us the items to:

2. Upon receipt of the items, we will verify they are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. We will then get back to you in approximately 2 business days.
3. You will receive a refund (or a gift card if you prefer so) for the order total, excluding shipping cost.
Need a different size or style? Exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.
Follow the return steps above, but specifying on the email what size or style you what to exchange your items for.
If the exchange is for a product with a greater amount, the difference will be charged to the payment method used in your original purchase. If the exchange is for a product with a lesser amount, the difference will be credited back.
The shipping costs will be assumed by the customer and the return costs with the new reference by us.
*For hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable or exchangeable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy lets you return the items back to us in it’s original condition within 30 days of purchase.
